What is China's attitude towards immigrants and refugees?

China's attitude towards immigrants and refugees is unacceptable. Accepting refugees and immigrants is a political issue, not a romantic one. Countries that accept refugees and immigrants have clear political motives. Don't be fooled by western liberal newspapers. China does not welcome refugees and immigrants for a reason. China must improve living standards, lift people out of poverty, and prevent people of foreign nationalities from doing things that will lead to civilian tragedies. Moreover, China's resources are scarce, so people are not enough to use them, let alone share them with outsiders.
