Visa immigration permit

Study permit: What most people call a big visa, a student paper, is proof of your legal residence in Canada (student status).

I applied for a Canadian visa in China for the first time and provided the materials to the embassy as required. They will give you a re-entry visa, a small plastic piece attached to your passport. This is the certificate that you can enter Canada within the validity period. You can't enter Canada without this visa.

This is your first time to go abroad and arrive at the Canadian airport. If you land there for the first time, you will get a study permit at the immigration window of the airport. A special person will ask you what you are doing here, how much money you have brought, and a little question about living there, and then you will be given a study permit.

After the expiration of the study permit, you should renew it yourself according to the required materials and school papers. Generally, the first time is not long, but it will last for a long time!
