Can I work abroad with tattoos and criminal records?

Tattoos have no influence on overseas labor services, and there are no regulations. As long as the penalty is executed, there are no restrictions on going abroad in domestic laws. The key is whether the destination country has restrictions on this.

Legal basis:

1. According to the Passport Law of the People's Republic of China, the passport issuing authority will not issue a passport if the applicant is under any of the following circumstances:

(a) does not have the nationality of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(two) unable to prove identity;

(3) practicing fraud in the application process;

(4) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence;

(five) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

(6) Being a defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case;

(seven) the relevant competent departments of the State Council believe that leaving the country will cause harm to national security or cause great losses to national interests.

2. Article 12 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration stipulates that China citizens are not allowed to leave the country under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Failing to hold a valid exit-entry certificate or refusing or evading border inspection;

(two) the punishment has not been completed or belongs to the defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case;

(three) there are unresolved civil cases, and the people's court decides not to leave the country;

(4) Being subject to criminal punishment for obstructing the administration of the national (border) territory, or being repatriated by other countries or regions for illegal exit, illegal residence or illegal employment, and not allowed to leave the country within the prescribed time limit;

(five) may endanger national security and interests, the relevant authorities in the State Council decided not to leave the country;

(6) Other circumstances under which exit from the country is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
