5. Apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, litigation, examination, handling industry, academic exchange, etc.;
6. Mainland residents studying and working in Macao apply for going to Hong Kong;
7, approved by the relevant departments to stay in Hong Kong or Macao education, employment and training personnel and their relatives in Hong Kong or Macao.
Hong Kong and Macao Pass processing information is as follows:

Article 10 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration
Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region, and citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and Taiwan Province Province, shall apply for a permit according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
Article 11
When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and shall go through the prescribed procedures before leaving or entering the country.
At qualified ports, the entry-exit frontier inspection organs shall provide special passages and other convenient measures for China citizens to enter and leave the country.
