What are the Oracle database certifications?

Oracle certification is divided into OCA, OCP, and OCM. They all need to take the exam to obtain the corresponding certificate

OCA:

Basic conditions for applying for OCA:

Education: There is no restriction on the candidate’s diploma to apply for OCA, anyone can Apply for and obtain this certificate;

Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I (SQL Fundamentals I exam code 1Z0-051)

Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop I (Management Course Exercise I Exam Code: 1Z0-052)

Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop II (Management Course Exercise II Exam Code: 1Z0-053)

The learning period is 2-3 months; the theoretical class is 120 hours, and you can retake it for free; there is no limit on experimental time.

Note: To pass the OCP exam, you must obtain the original OCP training record from an Oracle-authorized training institution in order to obtain the OCP certificate.

Additional: 9i OCP—11g OCP: need to pass the 1Z0-055 exam;

10g OCP—11g OCP: need to pass the 1Z0-050 exam;

OCM :

OCM exam prerequisites:

1. Must first pass OCA and OCP certification;

2. Participate in the two-day laboratory operation test organized by Oracle ;

3. Participate in at least two OCM-related original training courses from Oracle University;

Oracle (Oracle) database certification examination process: OCA- OCP-OCM

< p>OCA exams can be registered at any Oracle authorized training and exam center or VUE exam center.

To obtain the OCP certificate, you must pass the original factory training authorized by ORACLE or the training examination of the Oracle WDP program authorized center. Currently, the domestic OCM exam can only be taken at Oracle University in Beijing and Shanghai. The exam lasts for 2 days and costs $2,000.

9i/10g OCM upgrade to 11g OCM process:

9i OCM—11g OCM: You need to choose one (1Z0-048 or 1Z0-058) and choose one ( 11GOCMU or 11GOCM);

10g OCM—11g OCM: need to pass the 11GOCM or 11GOCMU exam.
