Consequences of Vietnam's blacklist of entry and exit
The so-called criminal record refers to the records left by citizens in relevant departments because of criminal punishment, commonly known as criminal record and criminal record. "Criminal record" is not directly related to whether you can go abroad or go to Vietnam.
There are two decisions about whether to go to Vietnam:
