What does it mean to apply for a business trip abroad?
Jinzhou Business Travel, which has ten years of overseas business travel experience, will give you an answer: before applying for a short-term work visa of the US Embassy or Consulate General, the applicant must hold the approved I- 129 form, that is, the USCIS approval document for non-immigrant short-term staff. American companies intending to hire applicants must submit their applications to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service within six months before the applicant's scheduled entry time. The employing company must submit the application as early as possible within 6 months so as to have enough time to process the documents. If the application is approved, the employing company will be issued an I-797 form (approval notice).
Note: In order to verify the approval, the embassy or consulate needs the applicant to provide the I- 129 approval number and I-797 approval. Please bring these two materials with you during the interview.
