The three districts under the jurisdiction of the city implement fixed-point sales of fireworks and firecrackers. The specific location is:

1. xingqing district Flower Harbor Parking Lot, Zhangzheng Town Diannong Park Square, Crescent Lake Riverside Home Square.

2. The former Yongfeng No.2 Team in Fengdeng Town, jinfeng district, Lianfeng No.4 Team in Fengdeng Town (east of Fengdeng Middle School) and Yingbin Square in Tongda South Street.

3. Northwest corner of Zhenbeibao Road, Ruixin Street and Xixia Square in Xixia District.
