Where does Maojia Village belong?

Maojia Village is located in the mountainous area on the southwest edge of Yuanqu County, more than 20 kilometers away from the county seat, in the west of the county seat, bordering Shimen Township in wenxi county in the west and Caojiazhuang in Xiaxian County in the south. The whole village is scattered into 17 villagers' groups, with 606 households and ***2640 people, 165438 workers and 65438 land area. Party member 102 people in the village. The general party branch of the village has three branches. The leading members of the General Party Branch are the branch secretaries of each branch, and the members of the village committee are responsible for all the work of each branch. The existing members of the General Party Branch and the two committees of the village committee 1 1, together with the leading members of each branch and the leaders of each village group, have formed a cadre team of more than 30 people in the village, which has become a strong organizational guarantee for the construction of new countryside and all the work in the village.

A prominent feature of Maojia Village is that it is located in a mountainous area, with a large village area, a large population and a small cultivated land area. The per capita arable land area is less than 0.5 mu. Due to the shortage of cultivated land, there is some confusion in the employment and income channels of villagers. In the process of exploring and studying the road of economic and social development in this village, we insisted on proceeding from the reality of this village and determined the development idea of this village, that is, we insisted on taking Scientific Outlook on Development as the guidance and closely revolved around "one center and two leading enterprises". One center is to build a central ecological small town in the village, implement the project of rebuilding new homes for remote villagers and individual villagers as a whole, and guide villagers to live and work in peace and contentment around the small town. The establishment of two leading industries in the village, the implementation of ecological leisure sightseeing agriculture and enterprise development have made the village form a new industrial pattern suitable for the actual situation of the village. Relying on the village's unique ecological natural resources, natural human tourism and other conditions, while actively striving for the support of national policies, we will attract investment from various sources, inject vitality into the economic construction of the new eco-leisure tourism industry in the village, adhere to the overall goal of "one center and two leading enterprises", promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of the village, improve the ecological living environment, increase villagers' income, realize living and working in peace, promote the development of various industries, and realize the harmonious and stable development of the village. Non-agricultural industries in the village are gradually increasing. Adhere to the protection of cultivated land and stabilize the grain production industry, while making the non-agricultural income of the village account for more than 80% of the total income.

Now our village has developed six major industries:

1. Enterprises include Hujiayu Mining Co., Ltd., Yuanqu Guotai Mining Company, Zhengyang Iron Ore Concentrator, Diantou Copper Mine, Xiaodonggou Copper Mine, Malachite Mine and Maojia Copper Mine Concentrator.

2. In addition to wheat and autumn grain, there are more than 900 mu of multiple cropping, more than 30 mu of vegetable fields, more than 50 mu of sericulture, more than 500 mu of walnut and pepper economic forests.

3. There is a cattle-raising community in the aquaculture industry, with more than three cattle farmers 13 and more than 40 cattle 140. There is a pig-raising cooperative, three pig-raising communities and more than 600 pigs on hand.

4. Characteristic agriculture mainly promotes konjac cultivation, and now more than 50 farmers are developed.

5. The service industry includes Sheng Di Agricultural Ecological Leisure Cooperative, and the infrastructure for development and operation includes Maojiacun Cultural Activity Center, including hotels, accommodation, entertainment and dance halls. There are more than 10 fishing gardens, convenience stores and farmhouse restaurants.

6. Transportation: There are more than 40 farmers engaged in transportation in Maojia Village.

The development of all walks of life has realized the orderly flow and employment transfer of labor force in our village, and the number of people working in mining areas and enterprises in our village accounts for more than 70% of the total labor force.

The Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Yuanqu County —— The National People's Congress proposed to build an urban and rural ecological optimization project and an ecological sightseeing holiday base, and the "Four One Projects" proposed by Maojiawan Town proposed to build an ecological park and an ecological small market town. Article 10 of the Ten-year Plan of Our Village for 2007-2065 438+06 also puts forward: "Develop the eco-leisure tourism economy of our village, implement the infrastructure construction of Maojia eco-leisure tourism in the back garden of Yuanqu County, focus on building the eco-small market town of Maojia Village, and implement the small market town in the center of Sanhekou in our village. Within five years, the scale will be formed, and the basic services of water, electricity and roads will be fully supported. The political, economic and cultural activity center of our village will be built around the county.

There are tourist attractions such as Lishan National Nature Reserve, Wang Xian Grand Canyon, Pan Tian Primitive Ancient Forest Scenic Area, Zhu Feng and Xiaolangdi Scenic Area near Maojia Village, and there are special products such as Yuanqu Kiwi, Acorus calamus wine, buckwheat noodles, Yuanqu Hericium erinaceus and Yuanqu Auricularia.
