Note: If the resettlement house is of frame structure, the compensation standard will be increased by 60 yuan/m2.

Article 6 Resettlement in different places within a planned urban area (that is, relocation and resettlement from a good urban location to a poor urban location) can be divided into four categories. Article 7 If the lease contract or the lease contract does not stipulate the termination of the lease relationship during the demolition, the property rights shall be exchanged and the original lease relationship shall be maintained (unless the lease contract stipulates that the original lease relationship shall not be maintained during the demolition).

The lessee who does not have a house shall be resettled in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 25 of the Measures:

(2) If the lessee requests to purchase a resettlement house, he can purchase the house according to the construction and installation cost of the same area. For the part exceeding the area due to structural reasons, the price is 120% of the construction and installation cost, and 10 square meters to 20 square meters are priced at the cost price; More than 20 square meters are priced according to commodity prices.
Article 8 In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, if the learning institutes and patios within the property rights of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives are requisitioned, compensation shall be paid according to 30% of the installation cost of brick-concrete structure of resettlement houses.
Demolition of rented overseas Chinese houses, in accordance with the "Fujian Province to protect the rights and interests of overseas Chinese housing lease" implementation.

Article 17.
