How is the maintenance treatment of Air Macau?

Maintenance? You mean the so-called (engine guy) who is responsible for maintenance and communication with the captain. Basically, there are only two types of maintenance personnel at Macau Airport: Qantas maintenance and Mingjie ground maintenance. Most of them are mainlanders. There are only a few locals among Filipinos. I am Mingjie Ground Service. As far as I know, my job salary is around 40,000, ten days of paid vacation, five days of paid sick leave, two days off a week, free medical care (for minor illnesses), 24-hour shifts, housing allowance, Qantas Airways Pretty much the same. You will definitely not get the right of residence.
