(3) If there is a corresponding policy of "non-transfer to agriculture" in the place where the household registration of the party concerned is located, and the party concerned meets all the conditions of this policy, the household registration can be "non-transfer to agriculture", and under this premise, the household registration will become "agricultural registered permanent residence".

4. The parties may consult the staff of the police station in the jurisdiction where the account is located according to their actual situation, and the other party's reply shall prevail.

The Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
