Are China people safe in Uruguay?

Uruguay is located in the southeast of South China, where our embassy is located, and people are safe in this country. The Embassy will do its utmost to protect the life and property safety of every China person, so that China people can enjoy the treatment in their own country.

China people refer to people of China descent who have joined or acquired foreign nationality. Chinese-Americans refer to people of China descent who have joined or acquired American citizenship. Generally speaking, "China people" refers not only to overseas Chinese, but also to China people who have been naturalized as foreign nationals and immigrants scattered around the world. In People's Republic of China (PRC)'s law, the so-called China people refer to those who have the Chinese ancestry mentioned above, but whose nationality is not People's Republic of China (PRC)'s.
