What is the difference between population mobility and migration?

Population migration is not population migration, but more common and frequent than population migration, and the floating population cannot be called immigration. Population mobility is divided into periodic mobility and round-trip mobility.

Population migration means moving the registered permanent residence, and the floating population does not move the registered permanent residence. For example, if you move from Guangdong to Shanghai, you will often move to your hukou, then you are a population migration.
