Siyang and Shuyang are linxian counties. According to the consistent records of Hu's genealogy in the two places, Hu's family in the two places is a close branch. This page of the Hu family tree in Siyang is called "the ancestor, the second brother and the best friend lived in Shuyang". Liang Yougong is the ancestor of Hu family in Shuyang, and his nephew is the ancestor of Hu family in Shuyang. In the early Ming Dynasty, Liang Yougong, Gang Gong and his son moved to Shuyang from other places with their nephew Xu Gong. According to my textual research on the article "Hu family in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province originated from Hu family in Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang Province" published on Hu clan website in June, 20 15, the two Hu families in Shuyang originated from Hu family in Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, and came to Shuyang County in the early Ming Dynasty because of Hongwu diaspora. Hu Gang, the son of Liang Yougong, was a famous filial son in the Ming Dynasty, and filial piety spread in the history of the Ming Dynasty. Like the genealogy compiled by many descendants of immigrants in the Ming Dynasty, the Hu family genealogy in Shuyang was compiled in the early Qing Dynasty. Hu Gang's story of saving his father is recorded in the Preface of Xianfeng Four Years. The genealogy also includes a portrait of Hu Gang, who was praised by Wang, a scholar who was born in imperial academy and edited Changzhou. He praised: "I am brave and sincere and filial, crossing the river to replace my father, and naturally, I am even proud. I am filial to Sun Xian." Hu Gang's story of saving his father is the same as that of his dutiful son Hu Gang recorded in the Hu family tree of Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang, and it is also consistent with the biography of Hu Gang by Xiaoyi in the Ming Dynasty. According to the genealogy of Hu's good friend in Shuyang, the good friend is from Xin 'an. However, according to the preface of the five years of Jiaqing in this book, "My family is handed down from Xin 'an, which cannot be tested", the genealogy of Shuyang Xugong records that Xugong came from "Fuqu", but the descendants of Xugong are still not sure where Fuqu is. This kind of problem exists in many genealogies for only two reasons. One is that future generations mistakenly remember because the genealogy revision and initial migration took too long, and the other is that ancestors deliberately concealed their ancestral home. Shuyang spectrum records Gong, a good friend of Hu Gang's father, and Xinchang spectrum records Hu Gang's father Hu. In this regard, I have verified before that the word "Yi San" is the pronunciation of "Sun Jun", and Hu Ji is a friend. A friend is not necessarily a name, but also a number. This reason.
Hu Junsun is the ancestor and good friend of Hu family in Shuyang, ranking second according to the Hu family tree in Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang, which is consistent with Siyang's "ancestor, second brother and good friend living in Shuyang". Xinchang genealogy records that Hu Junsun's brother is Hu Yuansun, and records that Hu Yuansun has no descendants. Is there really no queen without a queen in the record? Not necessarily. Xinchang Spectrum was revised to 1306 for the second time and 1503 for the third time. At this time, it has been 100 years since Hongwu was scattered. Xinchang even if someone knew the descendants of Hu Yuansun, they had already passed away, so the descendants directly recorded that Hu Yuansun had no descendants.
According to the preface written by Hu Liquan, the tenth Hu family in Siyang, on 1758, it is said that "the book was lost before Gao Zeng, and it can no longer be remembered." That is to say, the original version of Siyang spectrum was submerged, and later generations modified the spectrum according to fuzzy memory. On June 4th, 20 17, I came to Siyang with Hu Yilong and Hu Yuhua from Shuyang at the invitation of Hu and others of the Hu Family Nine-Revision Tree Council to compare their genealogy. I also provided my textual research articles to the Council for its research and analysis. I think the ancestor of Siyang is the great-grandson of Hu Yuansun. The Siyang Genealogy records that "the great-grandson came to Siyang County from Rugao", which means that Hu Yuansun called it, which is confused with Hu Yuan, who is known as "Mr. Anding" in the world, so later generations speculate that he is from Rugao. Siyang Hu people later called "Siyang County Records" also recorded that Cong came from Rugao. Later, I found that the 1926 edition of Siyang county annals had a genealogy chapter, and the editor of the county annals recorded the genealogy of some surnames in Siyang county at that time, so it was normal for the county annals to overlap with the genealogy information. On the same day, in a warm, harmonious and reunion atmosphere, the Hu clan in our two places reached a preliminary opinion: the Hu clan in the two places is a close branch, which was separated by an ancestor in the early Ming Dynasty and has been recorded in the genealogy of the two places and cannot be changed. After I went back, I got in touch with Hu's descendants and others in Shuyang and read their genealogy. Xugong Genealogy records seven sons, such as Tai, etc. Only Tai stayed in Shuyang, and the other six brothers were not admitted. According to the records of three genealogies in the two places, I have carefully analyzed and verified that Xugong in Shuyang is directly related to the public ownership in Siyang. Sun, a native of Huyuan, Xinchang, Zhejiang, was driven away by Hongwu and came to Shuyang, along with seven sons including Xu Shengtai. The descendants of Taigong lived in Shuyang, which is the descendants of Xugong in Shuyang today. Each county has a genealogy page of Siyang spectrum, which records Huai Gong, and it is also recorded in the column of grandchildren, but there is no Huai Gong in the column of grandchildren of Shuyang spectrum. So I think Huai Gong is the grandson of Hu Yuan's grandson and one of the six sons lost by Xu Gong. Huai, Jing, Cong and Ang are four, and Cong ranks third. On the original page of Siyang genealogy, there is also a sentence that "the ancestor, second brother and good friend lived in Shuyang, and their first grandson lived in Gwangju, Ruyang, Xiayi, Henan Province, that is, today (Huangchuan)". Who is the ancestor here? Some people think it is the ancestor of Siyang, but I don't think so. It refers to Liang Yougong's younger brother Hu. The word ancestor can be used in many ways and can refer to many people. In other words, Cong's great-grandfather Hu Yuansun can also be called the ancestor of Hu family in Siyang. This kind of textual research is also consistent with the information that "from the public and Si Jiezu are in the same class" recorded on page a 1996 of Shuyang Hu Genealogy 1646. Four outstanding ancestors refer to Hu IV in Shuyang, and they are good friends. Then who is the word "Qi" in "His Three Grandsons Huai Zu"? Some people think it means good friends, but it's not. It should still refer to the ancestor Hu Yuansun, that is, the original text can be translated as: "The second brother of the ancestor Hu Yuansun lived in Shuyang, and the first grandson of Hu Yuansun lived in Gwangju, Ruyang, Xiayi, Henan, which is now (Huangchuan)". Where did Zu Chonggong, the ancestor of Hu family in Siyang, move from? Obviously not Rugao, but Shuyang.
Hu, a member of the Hushi Jiushuxiu Council in Siyang, used to think that they were descendants of Meixihu, and proposed to go to Xinchang to see the genealogy, but later stopped. They first went to Rugao, Nantong, Hujiadu and Wuxi to check the genealogy of Hu Yuan's descendants. On September 20 17, they happily announced that Rugao genealogy and Siyang genealogy were seamlessly connected, and they said they had found the root! I was a little surprised at the time. They sent me their own genealogy, saying that Sun Youcong and Ming, the 16th Hu Yuan, were two brothers, and this Cong was the first Cong of Hu family in Siyang. However, there is something suspicious here. Rugao genealogy records that Ming moved to Wucheng to guard the tomb, not moved to Siyang. Genealogy records people's migration in great detail, including people who moved to Jinling, Wuyuan, Huai 'an and other places. If cleverness is cleverness, why doesn't Rugao Spectrum record Cong's moving to Siyang? There is also a record of Cong Xingsan in Siyang Pu, but it is different from Xing in Rugao Pu, and Cong in Rugao Pu is not necessarily Xing San in cousin ranking. The conference semifinals in Siyang are also uncertain, but according to my research, Huaigong was born in Gao, Jing, Cong and Ang, and Conggong in Siyang is indeed Xing San. The most critical problem is that there are no "ancestors, second brothers and good friends" in Rugao genealogy, which contradicts the records of this genealogy page in Siyang County and the order of Hu Liquan's "Ancestors of Zhucheng, Chasing the Same Ancestors". Refers to the son of Hu Shuyang's good friend Gong II and the grandson of Hu Zu, the father of IV. According to Hu's genealogy in Shuyang, Gong was born in 14 1 1, and later was the magistrate of Xiayi County, Henan Province, with three sons and four sons. His eldest son Zhuo and his second son Jie live in Shuyang County.
Summary: When I talked with several people of the Hushi Jiushupu Council in Siyang before, I told them that we all came to seek our roots with sincerity, and they agreed. Rooting is to realize the long-cherished wish of ancestors, so that future generations will no longer face the same problems. The revision of genealogy is also mainly to distinguish the kinship of clan members. The Hu family in Siyang and Shuyang are close branches, which were separated by the same ancestor in the early Ming Dynasty. This is a historical fact that no one can change the genealogy of the two places. Because I have previously verified that the Hu family in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province originated from the Hu family in Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, it can be clearly said that the Hu family in Siyang, as a close branch of the Hu family in Shuyang, also originated from the Hu family in Meixi, Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, and is the descendant of Hu's ancestor Hu Junsun and Hu Yuansun's brother Hu Yuansun (Xinchang Meixi Spectrum+).
