What are the requirements for applying for a Canadian business visa program?

The applicant's business idea or plan must be supported by angel investment institutions or venture capital funds designated by the Immigration Bureau.

The venture capital fund shall invest at least 200,000 Canadian dollars; Angel Investment Organization has invested at least 75,000 Canadian dollars;

There is no minimum requirement for the investment funds of individual investors.

Language: IELTS at least 4-5.

English or French listening, speaking, reading and writing must reach the Canadian language standard level 5, of which English converted into IELTS is equivalent to 5 points for listening, speaking, reading and writing and 4 points for reading.

Applicants can only pass the language examination institutions certified by the Canadian Immigration Bureau, and there is no other channel to prove their language ability.

Education: At least one year's higher education qualification.

The applicant has completed at least one year of higher education (post-high school education, which can be undergraduate or junior college) and has performed well in at least one year of higher education.

Proof can be a report card, a letter of good performance, an academic degree or a degree certificate.

Capital: having enough family assets to support life.

Applicants must prove that they have sufficient funds to support themselves and their families in Canada.
