Therefore, "Shadow" should be worth watching, but I can only give it 3 points after watching the movie, and I always feel that something is missing under its seemingly low-key and gorgeous appearance.

The scene is as beautiful as an ink landscape painting, but it is always like a fog, failing to enter people's hearts and leaving meaningful memories; In the plot, its mode is above human nature, expressing people's obsession, desire, dilemma and choice everywhere, but it always gives people a deliberate feeling, and even the final reversal is actually expected, which is neither brain-burning nor smooth enough.

Generally speaking, this movie is ambitious, deliberate, illogical and absurd.

On the contrary, I was a little surprised by the violent aesthetics presented in the film. At least in the film, I can't see that they have love, but at most they are unwilling and unexpected.

As for Yang Ping, a teenager guarding the city, when the Japanese invaded Dengzhou and the commander was too busy to get away, he did not arrange troops in the city, but personally fought against the dead Japanese. Let's not talk about how brave artists are. Let's pay attention to Princess Qingping from Guo Pei.

Princess Peiliang loves her sister Qingping very much, but the love between brother and sister is greater than the desire for power, so Peiliang hopes to ease the contradiction with Guo Yan by sending Qingping to kiss. The object of marriage is not the royal family, but the son of general Yan Guo guarding the city. It is not surprising that the actors' overall acting skills are online, but they are quite satisfactory. In particular, Pei Liang, played by Arqie, had little hope for his acting skills, but turned out to be a dark horse.

Zheng Chao and Sun Li, the protagonists, have good professionalism and acting skills, but they need to work harder on details, such as cool nude pink nail polish. I really can't bear to look straight at them.

The acting skills of a new generation of national girls and brother Shi San really need to be improved. They think I am very dramatic, especially Shi San's younger brother. But for the arrival of Hu Jun, these characters could not stand up at all.

In fact, acting is not a serious injury to the film, but the lines are somewhat fragmented. In many scenes where the protagonist confronts each other, a strong drama style has always filled the audience, but when the camera turns to other actors, this drama style is gone. Sometimes I have some doubts. Did I watch a fake drama movie?

Well, I didn't say so much to criticize you. After all, Shi Guo is a director I admire very much, and this film Shadow has made a lot of progress compared with the commercial blockbusters before Shi Guo. However, I prefer to see China's films more down-to-earth, rather than thinking about making blockbusters, winning prizes and hitting the Oscars. If you have time to think about this, you might as well lower your head and think about how to make the film full and send it to the audience.

No matter how beautiful a castle in the air is, it is not as touching as people and things with flesh and blood and consistent logic.
