1. Passport. The last page must be signed in person. If you have an old passport, you must provide the old passport (including official passport, one-year tourist passport) and visa page. 2. Four two-inch color photos with white background (35mm*45mm).
3. Copy of ID card (must be a copy of the original ID card, both front and back). 4. Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parental consent letter from their unaccompanied parent agreeing to their travel.
