What materials are needed to apply for a Canadian family visit visa?

1. Passport. The last page must be signed in person. If you have an old passport, you must provide the old passport (including official passport, one-year tourist passport) and visa page. 2. Four two-inch color photos with white background (35mm*45mm).

3. Copy of ID card (must be a copy of the original ID card, both front and back). 4. Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parental consent letter from their unaccompanied parent agreeing to their travel. This letter should include information such as the applicant’s travel date and his/her parents’ contact information.

5. If you are employed, use the original leave approval letter printed on company letterhead and signed by the employer, and include the following information: applicant’s name, position, current income and date of employment; and in Chinese State the employer's full name and address, as well as telephone and fax numbers.
