In order to enter the Netherlands to work legally, skilled workers must be employed by the company and get the support and cooperation of the employer.

Apply for skilled workers through immigration rather than CWI. The employing unit can download the declaration form from the Immigration Bureau or go online directly, fill it out completely, and then sign it at the IND-LOKEKENNIS-ENARBEIDSMIGRATE, the competent department of the Immigration Bureau. Please note that the declaration and signature cannot be filled out by the intermediary or a third party, but must be filled out by the employer himself.
