Company's bank statement: if the business trip and living expenses are paid by the company, proof of the solvency of the applicant (or employer) company is required; For example, the company's bank statement for nearly 6 months, the account balance should be enough to pay the applicant's travel expenses abroad. Business license and organization code: 1. Copy of business license/organization code/institution legal person certificate (or similar functional materials) (stamped with the official seal of the company), copied on A4 paper, with annual inspection records. 2. The company's capital verification report. 3. Description of the company, indicating the business scope and the number of employees. 4. The recent corporate income tax bill. 5. The latest company bank statement, showing daily transaction records.

Employment certificate or employer's dispatch letter: 1. A copy of English work certificate. 2. Use the company's ordinary stationery to print and affix the company's red seal. Provide an English dispatch letter printed on stationery, indicating the exact address and telephone number of the company, with the official seal or personnel seal of the company, and the signature and position of the person in charge (if the applicant is the person in charge, please ask other senior executives of the company to sign instead of himself); 3. The contents of the employment certificate shall include: company name, address, telephone number, fax number, the applicant's position in the company, monthly salary, working years, travel purpose and travel date. Explain who will bear the expenses and guarantee to return to China on time in compliance with local laws. Business invitation letter: The original invitation letter should be printed on the company's stationery, indicating the contact telephone number, address, fax, e-mail address and website of the New Zealand business visa inviting company. The contents include: the applicant's personal information: name, passport number, company position, number of days of stay, purpose of visit, detailed itinerary (who to meet, what to discuss during the meeting and what products you plan to buy in New Zealand), whether the payer and organizer provide a deposit to ensure the applicant to return to China as required; If possible, provide a financial aid certificate. 1. New Zealand visa considerations
