Short term study tour

To apply for a short-term study visa or a limited-purpose visa, you must provide:

Valid passport. If you can't submit your passport, please provide your birth certificate and ID card.

Fill in and sign the application form for visiting visa (NZIS 10 17) and the supplementary form for China citizens to travel, study and work in New Zealand (NZIS 1027).

Proof of funds or New Zealand tourist visa guarantee form for the expenses required by the applicant during his/her stay in New Zealand.

Please note that the application materials will be returned if any of the above items are missing.

Copy of ID card and temporary residence permit (if applicable)

Original account book or notarized copy of account book

Notarial certificate of kinship (English translation required)

The leave permit of the applicant's work unit or school is credible, and the letter should clearly state that the applicant is allowed to go to New Zealand and can continue to work/study after returning home. The leave letter must be issued on the letterhead of the work unit/school, and shall include the following contents:

Applicant's position in the company (if applicable)

Detailed contact telephone number and address

The relevant responsible person shall sign and affix the official seal of the unit.

A fake Chinese letter must be accompanied by an English translation.

If the applicant is a self-employed person or an enterprise shareholder, the following materials of the relevant company shall be provided:

Business license and capital verification report

Statement on the company's business scope and number of employees

Recent tax bills and financial profit and loss reports

Original bank statement showing the daily capital flow of the company confirmed by the bank seal.

A letter of admission from an educational institution in New Zealand must include:

The name and level of the course, including the minimum hours required to complete the course.

Whether students have to pay for the course, and

Length of stay in New Zealand

Other requirements:

Immigration New Zealand reserves the right to request supplementary materials during the visa application process and keep all information and materials in the file.

We will evaluate whether you are a real visitor. Once a decision is made, the applicant has no right to appeal.

After the application is completed, the notarial certificate will not be returned. (If the notarial certificate needs to be returned, a copy must be submitted at the same time as the visa application. Otherwise, the notarial certificate will not be returned.

All Chinese materials must be translated into English.

If the applicant provides false or misleading information, his application may be rejected.

The processing time of guardian visa application is about 30 days. If the applicant fails to provide all the required documents, the processing time will be extended. Please don't buy a plane ticket before you get a visa.

Once the visa is issued, it will not be extended. Applicants must enter the country within the validity period of the visa. Otherwise, the applicant must resubmit the application.

Applicants must leave New Zealand before the visa expires, otherwise they will be deported.
