Even if the Manchu Qing Dynasty did not enter the customs at that time, the Ming Dynasty government had lost its ability to control the country at that time. Even if the Manchu Qing Dynasty did not exist, other regimes would have replaced the Ming Dynasty government. And the subsequent history may still develop according to the established track. The reason why I say this is because from the perspective of China at that time, it was a big country in heaven, a land of etiquette, and the mentality of all nations coming to court was deeply ingrained. It felt that people from other countries were barbarians and had nothing to offer. Therefore, this kind of closed-door thinking is more difficult to break than the closed-door policy. But in Europe at that time, the Industrial Revolution had already arisen, and new productive forces were rapidly providing a powerful impetus for the development of Western countries. The changes can be said to be rapid.

The sprouts of capitalism during the Ming Dynasty in China did not develop well. They were still in an agricultural society and did not have an objective understanding of foreign advanced technologies and advanced productivity. Under such circumstances, it is inevitable to fall behind when you are stuck in your own stead while others are making rapid progress.

If you fall behind, you will be beaten. Therefore, no matter which dynasty or country you are in, if you cannot wake up from the great dream of the Spring and Autumn Period of the great power of heaven and the coming of all nations, you will not be able to keep up with the pace of the times. This has nothing to do with which emperor is in power, or whether it is the Manchu Qing Dynasty, but rather the continuity of history.
