The discovery of "Shouyi Nich Poetry Copy" is a major event in the history of literature and poetry in Chengde. It fills the gap of no poetry collection published in Chengde City before the founding of New China. It is the earliest poetry collection discovered in Chengde. The author of the collection of poems is Zhang Bailing (1748-1816), whose courtesy name is Ziyi and nickname is Juxi. He was a native of Zhenghuang Banner of the Han Army and a native of Zhangsanying, Longhua County today. "Shou Yi Ni Shi Chao" was edited and compiled into a book in Xinwei Zhongqiu, the 16th year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1811). Zhang Bailing is not only the first high-ranking official and auxiliary minister who came out of Chengde area, but also another famous poet who came out of Chengde and went to the whole country after Liu Ang, the nationally famous poet in Xingzhou in the Jin Dynasty (the state was governed in today's Longhua County).
