Infinite overseas Chinese are China citizens living abroad, and overseas Chinese students are China citizens. According to Article 33 of China's Employment Management Measures, schools can provide necessary assistance to overseas Chinese and graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who go to the mainland for employment in accordance with relevant state regulations.
