Recently, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Medical Service Center, Novamedik Diagnostics and the Board of Directors of Airport Schiphol in the Netherlands jointly sent a letter to the Embassy in the Netherlands, informing that the COVID-19 Center for Double Detection of Nucleic Acid and Serum IgM Antibody in the International Transit Zone of Airport Schiphol will be officially opened to the public on 202 1 1. According to the policy of double inspection, the Embassy in the Netherlands now reminds you of relevant matters as follows:

1. Transit passengers who intend to undergo double inspection through this inspection center must first confirm their continuous trip to China, conduct the first double inspection in the country of origin (please read the notice of the local embassy and consulate of China for specific requirements), and make an appointment for transit inspection through the above website with the green health code issued by the embassy and consulate of China in the country of origin. Passengers who cannot obtain the green health code of China's embassy or consulate in the country of origin will be refused to board the plane in the country of origin, and will not be tested at the dual testing center in the international transit area of Schiphol Airport. Passengers from the Netherlands and passengers from neighboring countries who come to the Netherlands by land cannot be detected in this testing center.

Second, please be sure to check with the testing center in advance about the time-consuming testing, arrange the transit stay time reasonably, and fully evaluate the infection risk faced by international travel during the epidemic. Detention, repatriation and other consequences caused by test time and test results. Should be borne by individuals, and all expenses should be borne by themselves.

3. Passengers going to China must upload a double negative certificate immediately through the WeChat applet "International Edition of Epidemic Prevention Health Code" (for China passengers) or the website /H5/ (for foreign passengers) within 2 days before boarding the plane. When selecting an inspection institution, please select the inspection institution marked "NovamedikDiagnostics". If all the declared contents are qualified, the system will generate a green health code that says "Please board the plane with this code and the original test certificate with negative nucleic acid test and IgM antibody test". Passengers board the plane with the original test certificate (PDF electronic version or printed version) and health code, both of which are indispensable. The airline will also verify the authenticity of the original test certificate. Please check with the airport testing center or airline for the specific verification method, and please cooperate with the airline to check.

4. If transit passengers can enter the Netherlands, they can also go to other designated inspection institutions of the embassy in the Netherlands (please refer to the list of official website embassies) for inspection. However, when uploading the test certificate through the "International Epidemic Prevention and Hygiene Code" WeChat applet or website, we should pay attention to selecting the appropriate testing institution so that the embassy can manually review and issue the correct health code. In particular, passengers who are tested by Novartis Diagnostics in the Netherlands must choose the testing institution marked "Novartis Diagnostics". If the inspection agency labeled "Novartis Diagnostics" is selected by mistake, they will not be able to board the plane. Transfer passengers who are inspected in the Netherlands board the plane with the green health code issued by the embassy after manual examination, and there is no need to show the original inspection certificate when boarding the plane.

5. It is suggested that passengers from other Schengen countries who come to the Netherlands for transit should give priority to the testing institutions designated by the Dutch Embassy in the Netherlands (please refer to the list of official website's embassies from the Netherlands) to complete the testing, so as to avoid the dilemma that once they are tested positive at the testing center in the transit area, they can neither fly back to China nor pass customs.

Six, all transfer passengers should also meet the epidemic prevention requirements of the Dutch government. From 65438+February 29th, 2020, the Dutch government requires all passengers 13 years old and above who travel to the Netherlands from the high-risk areas of New Crown Pneumonia (including most countries in the world, but excluding a few safe countries such as China) to provide nucleic acid testing for up to 72 hours (counting from the sampling time) before arrival, regardless of public transport, entry or transit.
