Business experience: Have comprehensive and successful business experience.

Score: The score of EOI system is above 65.

What is your status after the successful application?

188A The application period for entrepreneurial immigrants is generally 10- 12 months. After the immigration application is passed, the Immigration Bureau will issue a confirmation letter, and all applicants will be granted the status of a temporary residence visa (valid for 4 years), referred to as a 4-year temporary visa. With a temporary visa, the applicant's children can enjoy free public education resources in Australian high schools and below, which means that their children can attend Australian public schools for free.

When can I get an Australian green card?

Australia 188A entrepreneurial immigrants need applicants to go to Australia to complete their entrepreneurship for two years, and meet the requirement of at least living in 1 year during their entrepreneurship for two years. 1) When do I need to remit money from China to Australia?

It is generally recommended that applicants of 188A transfer no less than 700,000 Australian dollars to their personal accounts within 1 1 month after the start of business. Any customer who has done business for 12 months must have a professional auditor to check the financial statements and determine that his personal net assets are not less than 600,000 Australian dollars, of which the commercial net assets are not less than 200,000 Australian dollars. Please note that the stamp duty required to purchase real estate cannot be counted as personal net assets.

2)? If I expected to remit 800,000 Australian dollars to Australia when I applied for 188A, but the actual situation was only 700,000, would it affect the state insurance of 888?

188A visa ends once it is processed, which means that as long as you get a four-year temporary visa, your previous application ends. Once you come to Australia, the previously written business plan can be changed, and the actual remittance does not need to reach the estimated amount at that time, but the actual remittance of 188A must be no less than 600,000 Australian dollars. 3)? When will the 888 (permanent residence) business officially start?

4)? How much do I need to do in my two-year business?

Generally speaking, the newly-built physical stores must be lower in 1 year, but the turnover in the second year must exceed 300,000. It is suggested that the export business should have a turnover of not less than 280,000 in the first year and not less than 320,000 in the second year. The mature business purchased should refer to the turnover of the shopkeeper before. The turnover in two years should be almost the same, and there will never be such a big difference between 200,000 in the first year and 300,000 in the second year. Simply put, the business turnover of about 200,000 yuan shall not be less than 300,000 yuan, and the business turnover of more than 300,000 yuan shall not be less than 500,000 yuan. Of course, the phenomenon of different interests of peers is everywhere, which has a lot to do with the operators, business locations and customer groups of enterprises.

5)? What's my minimum stay?

The Immigration Law stipulates that the cumulative residence time of the 888 principal applicant shall not be less than 12 months in the 24 months before applying for a visa, but the Immigration Bureau also stipulates that the 888 principal applicant must have and participate in the daily management of the business for 24 months. 7)? Is it better to hire as many employees as possible while satisfying assets?

It all depends on the type and scale of the enterprise. Generally speaking, a business with a turnover of more than 300,000 can only support two full-time employees, such as a milk bar. It is the hard work of a full-time employee and an assistant. It is recommended that the applicant be a full-time employee and add at most one full-time assistant.

8)? Can I ask my spouse to be the main applicant for 888 permanent residence?

The principal applicant of 188A can let his spouse be the principal applicant of 888, but it must be from beginning to end.

9)? If my first business is in the middle, can I continue with a new business?

According to the immigration law, the time for starting a business for the first time is not less than 6 months, and the time interval between starting a business for the first time and starting a business for the second time is not more than 45 days, so the time for starting a business can still be counted from the time of starting a business for the first time. It is strongly recommended that customers do the second business first, and then consider giving up or selling it after the first business is stable.

10)? What kind of business can I do?

According to the regulations of the Immigration Bureau and the state government, illegal business (drugs and narcotics), imitation goods and parallel imports, bulk commodities (iron ore, copper mine, coal mine, wool), copper scrap export business, logistics express business, small real estate development business, house rental business, stock foreign exchange trading and other businesses can not apply for 888 visas, but other businesses can. If it is a food (cooked food)-related business, such as Chinese restaurant takeout shops, sushi shops, fish and potato shops, roast chicken shops, etc., we must pay attention to whether the shops meet the municipal food safety standards. Visa officers are paying more and more attention to this now. If the hygiene of the store is not up to standard, the visa officer will think that the applicant has not effectively managed the store.
