A brief introduction to the story of a woman who walked out of prison

On a thunderstorm night, Mary (Li Zhou) escaped from prison while repairing the warehouse, and the whole prison was on emergency alert. Through the reports of Lin Qiuyan (Zheng Yawen) and He Xiaolian (Li Ge), Mary's supervisor, Zhang Ya (Guo Hong), concludes that Mary ventured out of prison because her daughter was hospitalized, so she volunteered to join the team that arrested Mary. Zhang Ya cleverly arranged to catch Mary who came to visit her daughter in the hospital ward. On the way to be taken away from the hospital, Mary was sad and crazy. She went back to prison and was devoted to introspection. Zhang Ya suspected that Mary was pretending to be crazy, and sent Lin Qiuyan and He Xiaolian to move into introspection to live with Mary.

Lin Qiuyan, who thinks highly of himself, clashed with Mary and was almost strangled by her. Zheng Wu (Wu Ruofu) is Mary's first love. Unlike Mary, he was gifted in character and knowledge from an early age. After he was admitted to the university, he broke up with Mary and now he is the boss of a trading company. Mary and Zheng Wu met again and learned about Mary. Zheng Wu generously helped Mary repay Liu Guangming's huge sum. Mary found Liu Guangming with the money and found that Liu Guangming secretly recorded the process of withdrawing money. Liu Guangming threatened Mary with video, and if she refused to cooperate, she would sue Mary for theft. Mary realized that she had fallen into Liu Guangming's trap. Angry Mary went to Zheng Wu to tell her story. Zheng Wu comforted Mary and persuaded her to cooperate with Liu Guangming for a pretence. After getting the ancient paintings, she joined hands with the police to cut off the Liu Guangming gang in one fell swoop. Mary listened to Zheng Wu and began to cooperate with Liu Guangming.

Zheng Wu's generosity and concern for Mary aroused Mary's old love for him, and she refused her husband Luo Gang's request for remarriage. Meanwhile, Zheng Wu plans to let Liu Guangming kill Mary and then use his girlfriend to kill Liu Guangming. Zheng Wu herself wants to emigrate and fly away. Unconsciously, Mary has fallen into a dangerous whirlpool.

While cheating on Mary, Zheng Wu took advantage of his girlfriend Lin Qiuyan's weakness in emotional distress and deliberately arranged for her to meet Liu Guangming. Sure enough, Liu Guangming coveted Lin Qiuyan, and Zheng Wu pushed the boat forward, creating an opportunity for Liu Guangming to rape Lin Qiuyan. Zheng Wu deliberately stimulated Lin Qiuyan, hoping that she would kill Liu Guangming after Mary stole the painting successfully.
