Introduction of Yechi Railway Line?

yechi railway line, built in 1934-1935, was one of several railway trunk lines built during the puppet Manchuria period. The line leads northwest from Ye Baishou Station on Jincheng Line, passes through Shahai and Tianyi, turns north after crossing Laoha River, turns west after crossing Yuanbaoshan Town, and reaches Chifeng after crossing Hongmiaozi. It is an important railway in the western part of Northeast China and an important channel for developing China's new energy base. It starts from Yebaishou Street, Jianping County, Liaoning Province in the south and reaches Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north. Brief introduction of the line

The state-owned railway trunk line is under the management of Chifeng Locomotive Depot of Shenyang Railway Bureau. From Yebaishou Street, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province to Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Passing through Shahai, Tianyi (Ningcheng County), Xizi, Hot Water, Yuanbaoshan and Hongmiaozi. The total length is 138.5 kilometers. Including 14.9 kilometers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and 33.6 kilometers in Liaoning Province. Construction started in March 1934. Completed in November the following year, it is an important railway trunk line in the western part of Northeast China. It is an N-class railway with an annual transportation capacity of 1.96 million tons.

yechi railway was originally under the jurisdiction of yebaishou locomotive depot of Jinzhou railway branch of Shenyang railway bureau. In 25, Shenyang Railway Bureau adjusted the layout of productive forces, canceled Yebaishou Railway Depot, and placed Yechi Railway under the jurisdiction of Yebaishou Railway Depot under the management of Chifeng Railway Depot.
