If the Canadian study visa fails to issue a new visa, you must leave the country within 90 days.

According to Canadian experts, the Canadian Immigration Department will strictly handle the requirements for applying for student visas and will no longer provide visas for foreign students studying short-term language courses. At the same time, it may cancel the visas of students who no longer study at school at any time and ask them to return to their countries of origin. However, according to industry analysts, these changes have little impact on China students, because China students usually need more than two years of courses to obtain student visas.

Experts studying abroad believe that a small number of China students can obtain student visas through short-term study programs of less than six months after all. Students from Korea and Japan will be more affected. They can travel and study in Canada for a short period without a visa.

China students usually plan to study in Canada for more than two to three years. Although a few foreign students can't enter formal post-secondary courses due to personal reasons after completing language courses, under the current regulations, they can stay here as long as their visas are valid until their visas expire.

If students need to renew their visas because they are out of school, they will face the failure of renewal and must leave Canada within 90 days.
