What are the procedures for Turkey to go abroad?

First, physical examination and vaccination.

1. Before going abroad, you must go to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau for physical examination and vaccination, and take two 2-inch bareheaded photos with you.

2. The result will be available in about one day. After the inspection, you should issue the Certificate of International Travel Health Inspection and the Certificate of Vaccination. Please be sure to take it with you when you go abroad.

Second, the passport processing process:

1. What you need to prepare: a standard passport photo (you can take it in the photo studio next to the entry-exit administration office), the original household registration book and ID card, and a copy of the ID card and household registration book (the ID card and household registration book need to be on a copy paper, and then a copy of the ID card).

2. Process: First, get an entry and exit form at the information desk with my ID card, fill in the corresponding form truthfully, and then hand it over to the passport officer; Then go to the public security bureau to receive entry-exit education (45 yuan fee is required), then get an entry-exit instruction and a bill, and then go back to the entry-exit management office to get a passport receipt.

3. After about 10 working days, go to the provincial public security department to get your passport, and pay the fee when you get your passport. (Not related to the Exit-Entry Administration).

4. After the passport is issued, confirm which country to go to before applying for a visa.

Third, the visa processing process:

1. Before you apply for a visa, you should know the requirements of the country you are going to and the information you need. Generally speaking, you should have a visa application form (please fill it out when you get it from Liu Qin, so as to save time), an invitation letter and a passport photo. See the attached table for other detailed requirements.

After preparing the visa information, I took my passport and visa information to the embassy to apply for a visa. When I enter the embassy, the doorman will ask me for my passport.

3. After completing the visa application form, submit it together with the passport and other visa materials. The staff will pass the exam and pay a fee, the amount of which is uncertain. After paying the fee, the staff will give a notice of visa collection, telling the time of visa collection.

5. When it's time to get the visa, go to the embassy to get the visa with the visa acceptance notice. When you arrive at the entrance of the embassy, you must show the notice to the doorman before you can enter.

Turkish visa information:

Every visa applicant must be interviewed by a visa officer. After submitting all the required documents, the possibility of rejection is not ruled out.

Passports issued by Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, if they do not hold temporary residence permits outside the above four places, must be handled at the Shanghai Consulate.

(1) Personal passport short-term business visa

1. Original invitation letter issued by a Turkish company certified by the Turkish Chamber of Commerce.

The contents include: a) the name, purpose and date of the invited guests from China;

B) The invitation letter shall be signed by Turkish citizens, and please indicate the specific business items;

2. A copy of the company's business license certified by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (the copy is collected at the Exit Section).

3. Letter of dispatch from the applicant company certified by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (certification needs 1 week or so; Please read carefully the following procedures for handling outgoing letters).

The contents include: 1) detailed purpose, date and company employees of the visit to Turkey;

2) The letter must be signed by the person in charge of the department, and indicate the name of the department, position and person in charge;

5. Visa application form/photo.

6. Visa fee: 332 yuan

7. Processing cycle: depending on the specific situation. If the embassy judges that it can be issued directly, the visa can be obtained within three working days. If the embassy decides that it needs to return to the country

If it is approved within one month, the time is uncertain, ranging from one month to no time. At that time, the embassy will inform the approval result. The visa is valid for one month.
