Second, after the migrants who have moved out and resettled return, if they build their own houses, buy commercial houses or rent public houses in the housing management departments of the streets and towns (townships) in the resettlement development zone of their origin or reservoir area, they will not go through the formalities of moving into the household registration for the time being, but can be incorporated into the local actual population for registration management. Third, if the immigrants who have moved out for resettlement marry the immigrants in the flooded area of the reservoir area, they can apply for the account transfer of one spouse after the resettlement of the immigrants in the reservoir area is completed.
