It is reported that residential users (including non-resident users who implement residential electricity price) and electricity consumption of public ancillary facilities in urban and rural residential areas (excluding electricity consumption for production and business activities) who can directly read meters from power supply enterprises can voluntarily choose to implement the time-of-use electricity price policy. Users who choose to implement the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price can apply to the local power supply enterprise, and the power supply enterprise will install the peak-valley time-of-use energy meter free of charge. The implementation time is annual, not less than one year.

The peak-valley period is divided into 8:00-22:00 as the peak period; 22: 00 in the valley-8:00 the next day.

Residential users with ladder electricity price: if the electricity voltage level is less than 1 kv, the electricity price at the first peak period is 0.55 yuan per kWh (the same below), and the electricity price at the low valley period is 0.30 yuan; If the power consumption voltage level is 1- 10 kV, the electricity price in the first peak period is 0.50 yuan per kWh, and the electricity price in the low valley period is 0.27 yuan. The peak and valley electricity prices in the second and third grades are increased by 0.05 yuan and 0.30 yuan respectively on the basis of the first grade electricity price.

Users with combined electricity price: if the power consumption voltage level is less than 1 kv, the peak-valley electricity price is 0.57 yuan/kwh, and the valley electricity price is 0.3 yuan1yuan; If the power consumption voltage level is 1- 10 kV, the peak-valley electricity price is 0.52 yuan/kWh and the valley electricity price is 0.28 yuan.

The time-of-use electricity price for residents in the additional area of urban public utilities is not levied, and it is reduced by 1.5 cents per kilowatt hour on the basis of the above electricity price.
