Autonomous county immigration administrative department is responsible for the organization, management and implementation of the county reservoir resettlement and later support.

Article 18 The owner of a power station arbitrarily exceeds the normal water level of the reservoir and the design flood standard, thus causing damage to cultivated land, crops, water conservancy, roads and houses.
