Where is Belize?

Belize is located in the Caribbean coast and the northeast of Central America, with an area of 23,000 square kilometers and a population of188,000, of which Belizeans account for 5 1.7%, Indians account for 23.9% and immigrants account for 24.4%. Black people account for 36% and Indo-Europeans account for 56%. English is the official language, but more than half of the residents speak Spanish. Catholics account for 6 1%, and the rest are mostly Protestants. The capital is belmopan, which was founded in 1967 and was designated as the capital in 1972. Belize, the former capital, is the national economic and cultural center. Belize has a tropical rainforest climate with abundant rainfall and frequent hurricanes. Mineral resources are scarce, and forest and fishery resources are abundant.
