1. Employer's obligations

The Employer shall provide the Contractor with relevant information such as underground pipelines and underground facilities within the scope of the construction site in a timely manner according to the special terms and conditions. The Employer shall guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information, but shall not be responsible for the consequences of the judgment and inference errors made by the Contractor accordingly.

3. Responsibilities of the supervisor

② Review the progress plan.

The supervisor's review of the progress plan in the contractor's construction organization design should not only see whether the time schedule in the construction stage meets the contract requirements, but also evaluate whether the proposed construction organization and technical measures can ensure the realization of the plan. After review, the supervisor shall give a reply or propose amendments within the time limit agreed in the special terms and conditions, otherwise, the schedule will be deemed to have been approved. In order to facilitate the project schedule management, the supervisor may require the contractor to prepare and submit a phased and itemized schedule on the basis of the contract schedule, especially the detailed construction plan of the unit project or divisional project on the key line of the contract schedule.

③ Contract progress plan

The contract progress plan is the basis for controlling the progress of the contract project, which is binding on the contractor, the employer and the supervisor, and not only requires the contractor to construct as planned; Employer's material supply, drawing distribution, etc. Shall not cause construction delay; Supervision should coordinate management according to the plan. Another important function of the contract schedule is the main basis for judging whether to extend the contract period to the contractor after the construction progress is disturbed by reasons other than the contractor's responsibility.

(2) Notice of business commencement

When the employer's pre-commencement work has been completed and the agreed commencement date is approaching, the supervisor shall be entrusted to issue a commencement notice to the contractor according to the special terms and conditions. If the agreed commencement date has passed, but the employer's obligation to cooperate with the commencement has not been completed (such as on-site handover delay), due to the supervisor's failure to issue the commencement notice on time, the contract period will be extended and the contractor will be compensated for the corresponding losses.

If the cooperation work of the Employer before commencement has been completed and the agreed commencement date has passed, but the contractor's preparation for commencement does not meet the commencement conditions, the supervisor shall still issue commencement instructions on time, and the contract period will not be postponed.

② Notice of commencement

After obtaining the consent of the employer, the supervisor shall issue a commencement notice to the contractor 7 days before the commencement date, and the contract period shall be calculated from the commencement date specified in the commencement notice.
