Malta visa requirements materials

1, passport:

Two 2-inch photos. Passport must provide copies of all visa records.

2. Visa application form:

Go to the website of the other consulate to download.

3. Round-trip air ticket reservation form:

As long as you can buy an international ticket at the ticket office or ticket agency, you can issue a ticket.

4. Visa insurance:

The insured amount is more than 30 thousand euros, which needs to cover the whole process.

5. Certificate of going abroad:

The certificate issued by the work unit, including the applicant's name, position, salary, travel time abroad, etc. And indicate the name, address and telephone number of the person in charge of the work unit, affix the official seal and issue the name, position and signature of the person in charge of the certificate, with an English translation.

6. Residence and reception certificates of Schengen countries:

Some countries can accept the website reservation certificate, while others only accept the hotel fax certificate. You can check it on the website first.

7. Household registration book:

Original and photocopy, all contents need to be translated.

8. Personal economic guarantee:

Salary, unfrozen deposit certificate, or real estate license, or vehicle purchase. Original and translation are required.

9. ID card:

Original and copy are required.
