(2) The Provincial Reservoir Resettlement Administration is an administrative agency directly under the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and its main responsibilities are: to study and formulate policies related to reservoir resettlement (including Three Gorges resettlement), to prepare resettlement plans and to organize their implementation; Responsible for the management and use of maintenance fees and special funds in the reservoir area of the province; Responsible for coordinating the resettlement and economic development in the reservoir area. The Provincial Reservoir Resettlement Administration has three offices (director level): General Office, Reservoir Resettlement Office and Three Gorges Resettlement Office, and the administrative establishment is approved 14. Among them, there are 1 director (deputy department level), 2 deputy director (director level) and 3 department-level leadership positions.

(3) According to the regulations of special inspector and his assistant in the Measures for Inspecting Major National Construction Projects, the first batch of six major projects were sent to special inspector, and nine major projects were sent to special inspector (the former special inspector and his assistant commissioner rank remained unchanged, and special inspector was appointed by the provincial government).
