Conditions and materials of Malaysian red card immigrants

First, the red card application conditions

1) No criminal record certificate;

2) No major disability;

Second, the red card application qualification

1) Malaysia's time deposit is at least USD 2 million (the applicant has a fixed deposit account in any bank in Malaysia, and the deposit is at least USD 2 million, which will be withdrawn after five years; The applicant's spouse and children under 18 can also live in Malaysia for five years; The applicant must submit an application to the National Immigration Bureau).

2) The applicant is an expert in a certain field (the applicant is a talent with professional knowledge and is recognized as having skills by international organizations; The applicant is recommended by relevant Malaysian institutions; The applicant can submit the innocence certificate of the place of nationality).

3) The applicant is a professional in a certain field (the applicant has outstanding skills in a certain field; The applicant is recommended by relevant Malaysian institutions; The applicant may submit a certificate of innocence of the place of nationality; The applicant has worked in a Malaysian government agency or private company for at least three years, and has been certified by relevant Malaysian agencies; The applicant must submit an application to the National Immigration Bureau).

Third, the red card processing process

1) The main applicant submits the required materials to the Commissioner for review (confirmed on the same day);

2) After the materials are approved, the principal applicant pays the deposit. The red card will start PR specific work from the date of receiving the deposit;

3) After the materials are approved, obtain the entry permit of Ma, that is, the incoming letter (counter-signed letter) from the Immigration Bureau;

4) Fingerprint setting in Malaysia National Registration Center must cooperate with MyPR fingerprint identification;

5) On the day of fingerprint setting, the Ministry of the Interior of Malaysia will issue a completion reply and pay relevant fees;

6) It takes about 3 months to get a Malaysian permanent residence card from the National Registration Center of Malaysia and a red identity card (MyPR), and the whole PR is completed;

7) The principal applicant must pay the balance fee for completing PR.
