Conditions for foreigners to apply for Xiangyang Hong Kong and Macao Pass

Mainland residents can apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao respectively according to their needs. Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, or apply for endorsements separately with valid travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao, must meet the corresponding conditions according to different reasons:

(1) Visiting relatives: visiting relatives who have settled, lived, studied or worked in Hong Kong or Macao for a long time; The applicant's spouse and children under the age of 18 can apply together. "Relatives" refer to spouses, parents or parents of spouses, spouses, brothers and sisters, (foreign) grandparents and (foreign) grandchildren of children; "Accompanying application" refers to the application for visiting relatives with the same validity period and number of times as the main applicant.

(2) Business: personnel of enterprises and institutions and individual industrial and commercial households go to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business activities or drive special vehicles to and from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong or Macao. "Enterprise organization" refers to an enterprise and its branches registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and having independent legal personality; Institutions engaged in production and business activities registered with the state tax authorities; Resident representative offices of overseas enterprises in the mainland. To apply for multiple business endorsements, enterprises and institutions must file with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ with the right of examination and approval in advance.

(3) Group Tour: Participate in a group tour to Hong Kong or Macao organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration.

(4) Individual travel: permanent residents of cities that provide individual travel services to Hong Kong and Macao, or non-resident residents who meet the requirements stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau, apply for individual travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

(5) Stay: those who go to Hong Kong for employment, schooling, employment, residence and training with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong, and go to Hong Kong as dependants; Relatives of persons who go to Macao for employment, study and employment with the approval of relevant Macao authorities, and relatives of persons who go to Macao for residence with the approval of relevant Macao authorities.

(6) Others: those who apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, visiting critically ill patients, litigation, examination, handling industry and academic exchanges; Apply for a stay in Hong Kong (Macau) with a stay endorsement.

Children with China nationality born to China citizens among Hong Kong and Macao residents in the Mainland, one or both parents have obtained permanent resident status in Hong Kong or Macao according to law at the time of birth and need to settle in Hong Kong or Macao.

Handling materials

(1) Submit an application form for mainland residents to settle in Hong Kong or Macao; Children of permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao shall submit an Application Form for China Children Born in the Mainland of Hong Kong and Macao to Settle in Hong Kong and Macao;

(2) Submit photos of the applicant and relevant personnel from Hong Kong and Macao that meet the standards of the Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents, and children of Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents should also submit photos of their mainland parents that meet the standards of the Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents;

(3) Submit the applicant's original household registration book and ID card, and submit a copy. /kloc-If you are under 0/6 years old and have not applied for a resident ID card, you do not need to submit a resident ID card and a copy. /kloc-under the age of 0/8, the guardian's consent to settle in Hong Kong or Macao shall be submitted, and the household registration book, birth medical certificate, guardian's original ID card and other guardianship certificates shall be submitted, and a copy shall be submitted;

(4) Submit the original identity card of Hong Kong or Macao residents and the Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, and submit a copy. If the persons involved in Hong Kong and Macao are of foreign nationality, the original permanent identity card and foreign passport of Hong Kong or Macao shall be submitted for examination, and a copy shall be submitted; If the persons involved in Hong Kong and Macao are stateless, submit the permanent identity card of Hong Kong or Macao and the identity certificate of Hong Kong visa, and submit a copy. Children of Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents should also submit their parents' original household registration books and identity cards in the Mainland, and submit copies;

(5) State functionaries (including those engaged in public service in state organs, those engaged in public service in state-owned companies, enterprises, institutions and social organizations, and other persons engaged in public service according to law) shall, in accordance with the personnel management authority, submit the opinions issued by their units or higher-level competent units agreeing to settle in Hong Kong and Macao. Mainland residents who fail to apply for passports as required must also issue relevant certification materials in accordance with relevant regulations;

(6) Submit the permanent identity card of the father or mother in Hong Kong or Macao, the proof of the relationship between parents and children, and the marriage certificate of parents.

(seven) the relationship between parents and children belongs to the following circumstances, but also need to perform the following procedures:

1. If the applicant is under the age of 18, born out of wedlock or his parents are divorced, and his father (mother) is about to settle in Hong Kong or Macao, he/she shall submit a legal and valid certificate of his/her upbringing by his/her father (mother) who is about to settle in Hong Kong or Macao, and a statement that his/her guardian agrees to settle in Hong Kong or Macao;

2. If the applicant is born out of wedlock and cannot provide proof of paternity, or the paternity is in doubt, the paternity test shall be conducted in the hospital or institution designated by the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ; Applicants for children born out of wedlock of permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao or children with questionable paternity shall conduct paternity tests in institutions designated by the State Immigration Bureau;

3. If the applicant or the related person from Hong Kong and Macao belongs to the adopted child, the following legally effective adoption certificate and a copy thereof shall be submitted:1March 3, 9921If the adoption relationship was established before, the adoption notarial certificate issued by the notary department at or above the county level when the adoption relationship was established shall be submitted. 1 April 9921to1July 3, 9991Submit the adoption certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level or the adoption certificate issued by the notary department at or above the county level for review. 1If the adoption relationship is established after August 0, 999, the adoption registration certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the people's government of a municipality directly under the central government, a city divided into districts, an autonomous prefecture or the civil affairs department of the regional (Union) administrative office at the time of the establishment of the adoption relationship shall be submitted. (8) Other supporting materials deemed necessary by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ.

Original and photocopy of relevant certificates are required. The application materials are issued by institutions outside the country (territory) and need to go through corresponding notarization and authentication procedures to confirm their legality. Relevant notarization and authentication materials shall be provided. If the application materials are not expressed in Chinese, a notarized or qualified translation agency shall submit the Chinese translation.
