He is currently the principal and party secretary of Wanzhou No.2 Middle School. He has served as a member of the second and third committees of Wanzhou District, vice chairman of Wanzhou District Association for Science and Technology, and chairman of Wanzhou District Overseas Chinese Federation Education System Branch.
