Adult undergraduate graduates immigrate to Singapore. Does Singapore recognize it?

Whether you are here for study, employment or work, as long as it is a formal diploma, whether it is an adult or a self-taught exam, the Singapore government recognizes it as a valid academic certificate. If you come to study, public universities will not admit it. For the time being, they will only recognize China's full-time undergraduate diploma.
