If the passenger completes the "incidental itinerary" and the date of re-arrival in Hong Kong is earlier than the period of stay allowed to remain in Hong Kong during the previous entry, and the passenger If the general entry conditions are met, our staff will grant the previous period of stay to the visitor again (for example, if the period of stay before departure is May 8 and the date of re-arrival is May 4, the visitor may be allowed to enter and stay until May 8);

Starting from September 1, 2008, the Macao authorities will not allow mainland residents who hold travel permits to travel to Hong Kong and Macao without a visa to go to Macao to enter Macao via Hong Kong.
