What is the relationship between Italians and blacks?

Black people from Italy came to Europe in Roman times.

In the second and third centuries BC, when Rome and the Republic of China expanded outward, they fought three wars with Carthage for the hegemony of the Mediterranean. During the war, a large number of African blacks entered Europe.

There are two parts of African blacks entering Europe. Some are African soldiers who invaded Europe. After the war, they did not leave Europe but settled down.
