Is going to Hong Kong an immigrant?

First, it's impossible. If everyone thought like you, Hong Kong would have been overcrowded, but in fact, the population of Hong Kong is only 2 million now, thanks to the strict auditing system.

Second, don't always think about immigration. For China, Hongkong is a part of China. There is no immigration problem. You can go or you can go, but you can't move your account.
