Are there people with or without nationality in the world?

There are people in the world who have no nationality.

I just watched a video some time ago, and some people in Japan have no nationality for some historical reasons. This makes it impossible for them to live normally in Japan and get legal protection. This problem has greatly troubled them, and there is no better solution at present. This part of people who are in the same boat can only hold a group to keep warm.
