Can rural houses be rented as warehouses?

Seventy-third sale or other forms of illegal transfer of land, the land administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall confiscate the illegal income; For those who change agricultural land into construction land without authorization in violation of the overall land use planning, dismantle the newly built buildings and other facilities on the illegally transferred land within a time limit, restore the land to its original state, and confiscate the newly built buildings and other facilities on the illegally transferred land if they conform to the overall land use planning; Can also be fined; The directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be given administrative sanctions according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Article 63 The land owner may hand over the collectively-operated construction land designated as industrial, commercial and other operating land and registered according to law in the overall land use planning and urban and rural planning to units or individuals for use, and shall sign a written contract stating the scope, area, construction period, use period, land use, planning conditions and other rights and obligations of both parties in four boundaries of a piece of land.

The transfer or lease of collectively-operated construction land mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to the consent of more than two thirds of the members of the villagers' meeting of the members of the collective economic organization or more than two thirds of the villagers' representatives.

The right to use collectively-operated construction land obtained by means of transfer may be transferred, exchanged, contributed, donated or mortgaged, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations or unless the land owner signs a written contract with the land use right holder.

Lease, assignment, transfer, exchange, contribution, gift and mortgage of collectively operated construction land, the right to use collective construction land and its maximum life shall be implemented with reference to state-owned construction land with similar uses. The specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 66 Under any of the following circumstances, with the approval of the people's government that originally approved the land use, the rural collective economic organization may recover the land use right:

(a) for the township (town) village public facilities and public welfare undertakings, the need to use land;

(two) the use of land is not in accordance with the approved purposes;

(three) the land that has been stopped for reasons such as cancellation and relocation.

If the land collectively owned by farmers is recovered in accordance with the provisions of Item (1) of the preceding paragraph, the land use right holder shall be given appropriate compensation.

The recovery of the right to use collectively-operated construction land shall be handled in accordance with the written contract signed by both parties, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 82 Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Law, sells, transfers the right to use or leases the land collectively owned by farmers for non-agricultural construction, or hands over the collectively owned construction land to units or individuals for use, shall be ordered by the competent department of natural resources of the people's government at or above the county level to make corrections within a time limit, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine.
