American immigration process (refer to American EB-5 project)

1. After determining the project, sign the subscription agreement and remit the investment funds into the project supervision account;

2. Submit a complete set of documents to the lawyer. After verifying them, the lawyer will submit an I-526 application to the Immigration Bureau on behalf of the client, waiting for the approval of the Immigration Bureau. This process takes about 10- 14 months;

3. After I-526 is approved, the Immigration Bureau will issue an approval letter and forward the approval notice to the National Visa Center (NVC);

4.NVC conducts background investigation and data review on the applicant and his family, and transfers the case to Guangzhou Consulate after approval;

5. Guangzhou Consulate conducts a simple re-examination interview (including physical examination, submission of documents, asking related questions, etc. ), get an immigrant visa after the interview. This process takes about 6-9 months;

6. Landing in the United States within six months and obtaining a temporary green card;

7. After getting a temporary green card for 2 1 month, submit an I-829 application to the immigration office for approval. After passing the exam, you get a permanent green card.
