Liuke Village is located in Yong 'an Township, the western mountainous area of Ruian City, upstream of Jinchao Port. It belongs to mountainous areas, with a total of 823 households and a total population of 3 146. It consists of 32 villagers' groups and 9 natural villages. The residents of the village basically live in buildings, with a good living environment, gradually improved production and living facilities, stable economic development, farmers' agricultural income, supplemented by secondary and tertiary industries. Most villagers emigrated to Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal)
