Has interstellar human migration been successful?

The final ending of the movie Interstellar is not actually a successful migration in the true sense. They are just some people settling in a space station above Saturn. It can be seen that it is not big there. Although it is unclear whether these people are the only ones left or just a part of them, since it is a space station, it cannot be considered a success.

As for Dr. Brand, Plan B is being implemented, and Plan B actually has nothing to do with humans on earth. The purpose of this plan is to bring those artificially cultured fertilized eggs to the new world. Incubate and become a brand new human being. This Plan B itself is actually another plan to save mankind from extinction after the failure of human migration.

So, judging from the overall content of the movie, human migration has not been successful
