According to the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Implementation Measures for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, according to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, the autonomous region has recruited 5,435 civil servants for public examinations, with reference to the staff of the civil servant law management unit.

1. Application conditions and candidates

(1) Application conditions.

1. Have Chinese nationality.

2. At least 18 years old and above, but under 35 years old (i.e. born between March 2, 1981 and March 2, 1999); Postgraduates and doctoral students (non-on-the-job) who apply for positions in prefectures and cities and positions in regional organs of autonomous regions can be relaxed to 4 years old and below; The age of graduate students and above (non-on-the-job) who apply for positions in county and township organs can be relaxed to 45 years old and below.

3. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, safeguard the reunification of the motherland and oppose ethnic divisions and illegal religious activities.

5. Have the physical conditions to normally perform the duties of applying for the position.

6. Have the educational level that meets the requirements of the position to apply for, and hold the graduation certificate recognized by the education administrative department of the state, province (autonomous region), Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps or the leading group for cadre education (including the graduation certificate of military academies obtained during the military service).

7. Meet all other requirements for the position you are applying for.

8. Having other conditions as stipulated by laws and regulations.

1. Graduates from registered universities in Xinjiang or students from universities in Xinjiang.

2. Mainland graduates from colleges and universities in Xinjiang.

3. College student volunteers, "three supports and one support" personnel and college student "village officials" who serve in Xinjiang (those who have served for one year must have served for 8 months or more, and those who have served for two years must have served for 16 months or more).

4. Spouses of civil servants (including Selected Graduates) who are uniformly appointed by the autonomous region and still working in towns and villages.

5. Spouses or children of registered personnel in Xinjiang.

6. Spouses or children of aid cadres in Xinjiang.

7. Spouses or children of servicemen stationed in Xinjiang.

8. Eligible 217 graduates from "985" and "211" engineering colleges and 12 undergraduate colleges in Xinjiang can apply for Selected Graduates. For details of the application conditions, please refer to the Position Form.

Those who apply for special positions for workers refer to those who have worked in the front line of Xinjiang enterprises for 3 years or more; Those who apply for special positions for farmers and herdsmen refer to those who have agricultural household registration in Xinjiang and have been engaged in agricultural production for three years or more in agricultural planting, breeding, processing of agricultural and livestock by-products, agricultural materials management and animal husbandry.

Those related to age, household registration, service period, marital status and working time of workers, farmers and herdsmen all end on March 2, 217 (including that day, the same below).

(3) The following personnel are not within the scope of recruitment

1．. Servicemen, non-fresh graduates who are studying, serving civil servants, and staff members of institutions (units) who are governed by the Civil Service Law.

2．. College students in the autonomous region should train and exercise the personnel of "Tianchi Plan" at the grassroots level.

3．. Those who have violated disciplines and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and have not yet completed the processing period.

4．. The civil servants and the staff of the management unit with reference to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than five years.

5．. Persons who fail to arrive at their posts according to the specified time after employment or who are disqualified from civil service employment for less than 3 years after employment.

6. Grass-roots political and legal organs recruit people who have resigned for less than three years during the service period of civil servants.

7. In case of any of the circumstances listed in Appendix 1 "Description of People's Police's Position Application" of "217 Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Public Examination for Civil Servants and Staff", you may not apply for the position of People's Police.

8. Persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for the recruitment position in avoidance relationship.
